**Security:** • Keep account information secure • Change passwords regularly • Report suspicious activities

**Payment Conditions:** • 50% advance at project start • Remaining 50% payment upon project delivery • Phased payment plan for large projects

**Late Payment:** • 2% late fee after 30 days • Right to suspend service • Legal action initiation

**Cancellation and Refund:** • Before project start: Full refund • During project: Fee for completed portion • After delivery: No refund

**Confidentiality Obligations:** • Protection of client information • Keeping project details confidential • Prohibition of sharing with third parties

**Data Security:** • SSL encryption • Secure server infrastructure • Regular security audits • Access control

**Data Retention:** • Necessary data stored during project • Required period for legal obligations • Data deletion upon client request

Dispute Resolution Process:
